I met Jessica Million in August 2017 when I was searching for someone to sell my home in Ste. Agathe. Jessica was recommended by an acquaintance of mine who also used her services to sell his home successfully in 2016 and expressed his satisfaction.
Jessica arrived completely prepared and gave me an overview of the market, showing me what was on the market for sale and what had been sold previously. She examined my home and property and gave me valuable feedback. I subsequently decided to engage her services and signed the appropriate documentation and gave her copies of pertinent documentation which she had previously requested. She advised me to the be clear about what I intended to include in the selling price and what is not included. She also described clearly all particular information related to the property including historical information and specific details. She explained and answered all my questions related to specific clauses of the listing and axillary documents. The house and the property were professionally photographed and, on her website, very quickly. As soon as I gave her the listing, she posted the FOR SALE signs.
She notified me in advance of any visits and gave me feedback, if there was any, in order for me to understand the visitors' comments and feelings about the property. She received two offers to purchase by March 2018 and worked with me very closely to finalize one of the offer. She was easy to reach and returned my phone calls, emails and texts quickly. She completed any and all the forms, counters, amendments, related to the offers, and answered all my questions and the transactions were handled expeditiously.
Today we have an accepted offer to purchase and she has supported me to complete the transaction by attending inspections and advised me in a business like manner, expressing options and protected my interests every step of the way.
